Dr Angelina Zea

Specialist Orthodontist
BSc MBA MDSc (Syd) MOrth RCSEdin

Dr Angelina Zea has advanced dental qualifications as a Specialist Orthodontist. She is an expert in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dental and facial irregularities to help correctly align teeth, bites and jaws, including straightening of teeth.

Angelina provides all orthodontic treatment options and technologies for children, teens and adults and is an advocate for early intervention treatment of dental problems in young children from 7 years of age.

George Kapsalis

Dental Prosthetist

George Kapsalis is a dental prosthetist who has expertise in the assessment, treatment, management and provision of removable dentures to replace missing teeth. George can improve the quality of life of dental wearers by providing implant supported dentures.

He can provide removable mouthguards that are custom fitted to his patients’ mouth, for use when playing sporting activities.

George has exceptional technical and clinical skills to ensure all his patients receive the attention and care they deserve.

He speaks Greek and in his spare time, George enjoys playing the bouzouki which is a Greek musical instrument.


Dr Angie Smaranda

M (Dent), BHSc (Dent) LaT, RACDS

A graduate from La Trobe University in Bendigo, Dr Angie Smaranda joined Link Health in 2015 after being selected from the top performing graduates of the year by the National Voluntary Dental Graduate Year Program. In 2016, she successfully completed the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons primary examinations and received a letter of commendation for her outstanding performance.

Angie believes in making each dental visit a comfortable and enjoyable one, especially for those patients who are anxious about attending the dental clinic.

Angie’s interests include prevention and value based dentistry, root canal treatments (endodontics), crowns and aesthetic treatments and family dentistry.

Angie speaks a community language, Romanian.

In her spare time, Angie works as an editor, helping dentists submit research papers for peer-review and publication in respected dental journals. She also works as a demonstrator for the La Trobe University fourth-year endodontic (root canal treatment) and prosthodontic (crowns) programs.

Claudia Lopez Silva

BDS, ADC, BScD(Hons). Currently doing DCD SND and PhD 

Claudia Lopez Silva gained her dental qualifications in Colombia. She has extensive experience from working in public hospital settings and private practices, giving her a good understanding of working with patients who have intellectual disabilities or complex medical issues. Claudia became a member of the Australian Dental Council in 2014 and has successfully completed a research program from the University of Adelaide in 2015.

Claudia has a special interest in providing oral treatment to children and adults with special health care needs. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Special Needs Dentistry and a PhD research program at the University of Melbourne, to further expand her knowledge in this area.

Claudia has a positive outlook to life, which helps her patients feel at ease under her care. She is passionate about her work and is always striving to further her knowledge and skills.

She speaks Spanish and enjoys reading, outdoor sports and spending time with her family.

Dr Fabiola Menegat


Dr Fabiola Menegat gained her dental qualifications with honours in 2003 from Brazil. She joined Link Health public and private clinics in 2013.

Fabiola’s interests include all aspects of general dentistry, with focus on prevention and preservation of teeth, cosmetic treatments, endodontics (root canal), complex care and children’s dentistry, prosthodontics (crowns, bridges and veneers) and mouthguards.

Fabiola is a gentle and caring dentist, who is passionate about providing evidence based dentistry and education to patients, with a strong focus on prevention. She encourages all her patients to make informed decisions about their treatment in an environment of empathy and integrity.

She also speaks Portuguese.

In her spare time, Fabiola enjoys cooking and yoga.

Dr Gulnaz Cemiloglu


Dr Gulnaz has extensive experience and skills from over 25 years in the industry. She is a member of ADA and ADAVB. She has also worked as clinical demonstrator at the University of Melbourne.

Dr Gulnaz speaks Turkish.

She is a mother of two and in her spare time enjoys cooking.

Dr Jonathan Luk


Dr Jonathan Luk obtained an Honours Degree in Biomedical Science from Monash University and a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 2011. He joined Link Health public and private clinics in 2012.

Jonathan enjoys all facets of general dentistry, with special interests in preventative and restorative dentistry.

Jonathan understands that people can be quite anxious about dental treatment, and works in a gentle and relaxed manner, which helps many of his patients feel calm and comfortable under his care. He has a life-long commitment to further his knowledge and skills, and keeps up with new developments by regularly attending professional development courses. 

In his spare time, Jon enjoys good food, cooking, gym, gaming, TV and film and travel.

Dr Ivan Tan


Dr Ivan Tan completed his Bachelor of Dental Science at Sun Yat-sen University in 2001, the top university in Southern China. After graduation, he had worked as a full-time dentist/ dental surgeon in both public hospital and private practice in Guangzhou China. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and also a member of ITI (International Team of Implantology).

Ivan has expert skills in tooth removal including wisdom teeth, no matter how difficult it is. With years of experience and concern for patient’s safety, he has handled all difficult extraction cases in a very skilful and safe manner.

Ivan helps patients to regain their confident smiles by providing cosmetic treatments and implant dentistry. He has extensive technical knowledge of Zirconia crown technology, Philip Zoom whitening system and dental implant.

Ivan’s focus is to prevent dental disease, maintain and restore his patient’s oral health.  He takes time to understand each patient’s needs and educates to achieve optimal oral health.

Ivan speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

When he is not working with patients, Ivan enjoys badminton, fishing, cycling and working in the garden. His two children also keep him very busy.

Dr Vivian Liu

BDS, GradDipClinDent, DClinDent(Endo), MRACDS(Endo), FRACDS Endodontist

Dr Vivian Liu received her BDS and Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry from the University of Adelaide and subsequently completed her endodontic specialist training at the University of Melbourne in 2008. Vivian has taught dental students at The University of Adelaide and La Trobe University as well as medical practitioners serving personnel in Antarctica, and currently teaches endodontics postgraduate students at the University of Melbourne and continuing education courses for general dental practitioners. She has also previously served as an examiner for the Australian Dental Council and as past president of the Australian Society of Endodontology Victorian Branch. Vivian is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, as well as a current member of the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Endodontists and Australian Society of Endodontology.

Vivian believes that the entire treatment process involves not only the clinical procedure, but also in helping patients overcome their fears and anxieties. From the initial consultation to the completion of treatment, she endeavours to work with each patient to ensure they are educated regarding the appropriate and relevant treatment options. This is to help patients make their best treatment decision, and to achieve the best possible endodontic outcome for each patient in a gentle, caring and relaxed manner. Vivian is pleased to bring her expertise as an endodontist to serve both public community patients at Link Health and Community and private practice patients at Monash Smiles in Clayton.

Dr Wilheminna Wong

DMD CEU, Dent Reg (HK), ADC Cert

After graduating in 1983, Dr Wilheminna Wong worked as a dentist overseas and in Australia. Wilheminna joined Link Health in 2003 and she developed extensive experience in private and public dental clinics, giving her a good understanding of people’s dental needs. She enjoys demonstrating to dental students and preparing them to enter the dental professional with skill and care.

Wilheminna’s interests include general dentistry, endodontics (root canal) and oral surgery (tooth removal).

Wilheminna has a patient centred approached and she looks at her practice through her patients eyes to ensure their expectations and needs are met. She enjoys taking care of her patients and consider it as a reward to see them leaving the clinic with a big smile.

She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Hokkein and a little Tagalog. In her free time, she enjoys craftwork and painting.

Dr Zohreh Hashemi


After graduating in 2007 from IUMS in Iran and working within her own private practice, Dr Zohreh moved to Australia in 2009. She completed her Master’s degree in Public Health from Deakin University, before joining the Link Health and Community Team.

Her interests include cosmetic dentistry and is also certified to provide Invisalign treatment.

Zohreh believes patient education is to key factor in achieving beautiful smiles for life and is passionate about keeping teeth healthy and bringing great smiles to all her patients. She is highly experienced and has a gentle and caring approach.

Zohreh continues to advance her skills and knowledge through ongoing professional education so that she can provide her patients with the best treatment available

She also speaks Persian (Farsi).

Away from work, she enjoys cooking, reading and exercising.
